Handle various tenders and understand the Point of Sale (POS) system. Adhere to company policies on cash handling, restricted sale items, and pricing discrepancies. Follow policies for postage stamps, gift cards, and coupons. Stay current with ads and promotions. Comply with food safety regulations and safety procedures. Identify unsafe conditions and report them. Create a welcoming environment for customers. Follow all laws and company guidelines. Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage conflicts professionally. Act with honesty and integrity regarding customer and business information. Assist minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults as needed.
