Resident Service Assistant Friday & Saturday 9:30a - 6p

In this role you will be responsible for overseeing the Human Resources function at a community. This position handles issues such as, but not limited to, recruiting, new hire orientation, benefits administration, payroll and maintains files. This position reports to the Executive Director and may be required to supervise other staff positions.

Job Description

Pay Rate = $18.50 per Hour

Position Summary:

This position is responsible for supporting operational and administrative efforts as needed.

Essential Functions:

Mail and package handling

• • Accepting and logging all incoming mail, packages, and deliveries from various carriers like USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
  • Notifying residents when packages or registered mail have arrived.
  • Distributing mail and packages to the correct recipients or storing them in a secure package room.
  • Researching and rerouting unidentified packages.
  • Conduct regular audits of the package room to ensure inventory is accurate. 

Concierge and resident services

• • Valet resident and guest vehicles
  • Greeting and providing a friendly, welcoming presence to all residents, guests, and vendors.
  • Monitoring lobby traffic and managing building access for visitors and contractors.
  • Answering resident inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Coordinating with building management and maintenance teams to log and resolve resident requests.
  • And other tasks assigned by the Director

Building security and safety

• • Conducting regular patrols of the building to ensure vehicle parking is accurate 
  • Monitoring surveillance cameras while covering for the receptionist
  • Ensuring only authorized vehicles can access the building’s parking lot reserved spaces.
  • Reporting any suspicious activity or maintenance issues to the appropriate management.
  • Handling keys and managing a sign-in/sign-out log for new residents.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
