Responsibilities Bakers/Pastry Cooks are responsible for the preparation of all pastry products as trained in accordance to Pastry shop standards; assists in high level baking creations; other duties as assigned by culinary leadership. Qualifications At least 2 years of previous pastry experience required Culinary degree or related hotel experience Ability to perform all basic cooking skills, including presentation techniques Refined verbal communication skills Ability to work single station in the kitchen Strong customer service and teamwork skills A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Ability to stand for long periods of time Must have full time availability, including weekdays, weekends, holidays Perform other duties assigned #J-18808-Ljbffr
