Description Full-Time & PRN | Cincinnati, OH | Skilled Nursing & Post-Acute Care Help Patients Restore Their Voice, Confidence, and Independence Concept Rehab is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our rehabilitation team in a skilled nursing and post-acute care setting. This role offers the opportunity to work with adult and geriatric patients experiencing communication, cognitive, and swallowing challenges following illness, injury, neurological conditions, or hospitalization. As an SLP, you'll play a key role in helping patients safely communicate, participate in daily activities, and maintain the highest possible quality of life.
