Key Responsibilities: Lead field-level quality initiatives to ensure alignment with project requirements, codes, and industry standards. Perform detailed site inspections to verify workmanship, materials, and installation meet defined expectations. Develop and maintain quality documentation, including inspection reports, logs, and audit records. Collaborate with project teams and trade partners to communicate quality expectations and resolve issues proactively. Identify non-conformances, implement corrective actions, and verify completion to maintain project standards. Review project submittals and ensure materials and systems comply with specifications. Coordinate and oversee testing activities, documenting and communicating results clearly. Ensure all testing and measurement tools are properly maintained and calibrated. Partner with project leadership to align quality efforts with timelines and cost objectives. Support adherence to safety policies and regulatory requirements across all job sites. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in construction management, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent hands‑on experience. 5 or more years of experience in construction quality control or assurance roles. Strong understanding of construction methodologies, codes, and compliance standards. Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and technical documentation. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard construction management tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving abilities. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage across field teams and leadership.
