So, relax and get back to helping patients, and let us do the heavy lifting. 1 - 2 weeks per month -- scheduled clinical hours plus call 8 - 12 patients per shift Inpatient only -- pediatric critical care setting 24-hour call -- rounding in morning, on call from hotel Call ratio 1:1 -- avg 5 phone consults per 24-hour period Ventilation management, central lines, bronchoscopy, and more required ECMO experience preferred -- pediatric cardiology background a plus We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage We simplify the credentialing and privileging process Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry Your specialized recruiter takes care of every detail
