The ratio of nurses to patients in the Cath Lab is 1:1.Schedule and Requirements\n \n Weekend Requirement: Yes, with on-call requirements including one weekend per month (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) and a weekday call shift weekly.\n Experience: A minimum of 2 years of Cath Lab or Electrophysiology (EP) experience is required.\n License: A South Carolina nursing license or compact license must be held prior to the start date.\n Certifications: Candidates must possess current BLS and ACLS certifications.\n Radiation Badge: A radiation badge must be provided by the agency; the facility does not supply radiation badges to travelers.\n Miscellaneous Information\n \n Floating: There will be no floating between service lines or to sister facilities required.\n Local Radius: A 60-mile radius rule applies; locals may be accepted on a case-by-case basis at a reduced rate.\n Parking: Parking costs are covered with a pass provided at badge pickup, and parking facilities are available nearby.\n Hurricane Season: Travelers should be aware that during hurricane season (June through November), staff may be assigned to emergency response team duties.
