Position Title: Physician – Region 4
Location: Caldwell, OH 43724
Duration: Minimum 6 months (with potential for permanent hire)
Hours: 40 hours/week (Monday–Friday, no weekends, evenings, or holidays)
On-Call: Not required
Start/End Time: Flexible based on facility needs

Job Summary
We are seeking a Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Physician in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Emergency Medicine with primary care experience to provide full-time onsite medical services to the male population at a correctional facility.
The physician will deliver comprehensive primary care services in a structured correctional healthcare environment and may be considered for permanent placement based on performance and mutual fit.

Patient Load
•    Approximately 2.5 patients per hour 

Key Responsibilities
•    Provide primary care services following nationally recognized treatment standards 
•    Conduct patient examinations and complete medical evaluations and reports 
•    Order and interpret diagnostic tests 
•    Prescribe and manage medications 
•    Perform patient reclassification and clinical reviews as needed 
•    Refer patients to specialty care when appropriate 
•    Maintain accurate documentation using Electronic Health Records (EHR) 
•    Participate in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), including peer reviews 
•    Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and participate in clinical meetings 
•    Engage in collaborative practice agreements as required 

Credentialing Requirements
Applicants must submit the following:
•    Ohio Medical License 
•    Board Certification (copy) 
•    DEA Certification 
•    BLS/CPR Certification (Healthcare Provider level)
