Financial Advisor

Totus Tuus Consulting is seeking an experienced Financial Advisor to join its close-knit team in St. Augustine. This is a relationship-focused role—not a cold-prospecting position. The firm supplies opportunities through client referrals, community marketing, educational events, and a growing online presence. You will serve existing households while helping prospective clients move through a thoughtful, estate-first planning process. Advisory services are offered through Achieving Veritas LLC, a registered investment adviser affiliated with Totus Tuus Consulting under common ownership and control. Key Responsibilities Build trusted, long-term relationships with existing clients and firm-generated prospects. Participate in discovery, follow-up, recommendation, and implementation meetings, progressing from second chair to meeting leader. Help clients work through the firm’s estate-first process before advancing into retirement income, tax, wealth, insurance, annuity, and care-planning conversations. Develop and communicate clear, personalized recommendations that reflect each client’s family, values, goals, and full financial picture. Coordinate with internal team members, the RIA platform, custodians, insurance partners, and outside attorneys to move client plans forward. Support ongoing service needs, including distributions, required minimum distributions, account changes, reviews, and newly identified assets. Maintain accurate, timely client records, tasks, and follow-up activity in Redtail and the firm’s technology systems. Use sound judgment and available resources to solve problems proactively while keeping the broader team informed.
