Job Summary The ideal candidate will assist in the day‑to‑day activities within the life insurance department. Responsibilities include ordering, obtaining and following up on underwriting requirements for each case. The role requires attention to detail, timely response to items and problem‑solving abilities. The employee will provide backup support to the Life Insurance Director or other Case Managers as needed. This is an in‑office position in North Scottsdale. Primary Responsibilities Take individual ownership for delivery cycle‑time, accuracy, and compliance standards on all new business applications. Manage multiple concurrent projects at various stages of succession in the overall process. Utilize language skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word for data entry and other tasks. Communicate effectively via phone and email with customers and employees. Work under pressure, prioritize, and make decisions while performing multiple tasks simultaneously. Required Skills and Requirements Entry level is acceptable; the right candidate will be trained. Computer proficiency is a must. Ability to grasp simplistic financial and insurance concepts and calculations quickly. Ability to build a comfortable rapport with clients and demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills. Benefits Competitive compensation package and benefits.
