Regional Manager

Position title: Regional Manager Pay rate range: $80 - $90k Benefits Medical dental 401k life insurance LTD STD paid holidays paid time off Schedule M-F 40 hours Location Based out of Corporate Office in Richfield overseeing properties Metes & Bounds is looking to add an experienced leader to our team. Your main responsibility in this position is leading a team of property managers in the operation and physical maintenance of residential multi-tenant properties. Responsibilities Ensures that on-site employees comply with all policies and procedures established for the property and the company Personally inspects the exterior and interior of each property at least once a month, make recommendations for repair and/or replacements Review all delinquent rents and determines action required, assists Property Manager in collection of delinquencies, oversee Unlawful Detainer process Ensures all funds are collected and delivered to the main office in a timely manner Audit each property petty cash report monthly Inspect resident files for accuracy and completeness Review weekly availability report to ensure report is accurate and up to date Inspect vacancies to analyze readiness Review budgets with Property Managers Schedule unannounced property visits for inspection and evaluation purposes of property and personne Monitor and approves all property advertising Make recommendations for increasing rents to supervisor Attend weekly staff meeting with supervisor to discuss property and personnel issues Interview, hire and train Property Managers and Maintenance Technicians Qualifications Minimum of 5 years' experience in residential property management required 3 years minimum experience in a multi-site supervisory role preferred Ability to act independently and make decisions Strong verbal and written communication skills Able to multi-task and manage several projects and excel under tight deadlines Able to communicate effectively and efficiently with residents, team members, vendors, and owners Previous experience working with budgets/financials required Computer knowledge in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook Previous experience in property management software required High school diploma required, college degree preferred Must be able to clear a thorough background check Metes & Bounds is an Equal Opportunity Employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr Metes & Bounds
