Position: Full-time Oncologist
Salary: $450,000 – $550,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Position Overview
We are seeking a board-certified or board-eligible Oncologist to join our established multidisciplinary team. This position offers a strong referral network, supportive leadership, and the opportunity to help shape oncology services in the Chicago region.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, treat, and manage a range of oncological conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including surgeons, radiologists, and specialized nurses
- Participate in tumor boards, case reviews, and quality initiatives
- Provide compassionate, evidence-based care and patient education
Benefits

Qualifications
- MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
- Board-certified/board-eligible in Oncology (Hematology/Oncology preferred)
- Eligible for Illinois medical licensure
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Pay Transparency
Prime Healthcare offers competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package that provides employees the flexibility to tailor benefits according to their individual needs. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $450,000-$550,000. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
