2026 MBA Rotational Program | Finance + Commercial Whatwe'relooking for: Grad Dates :May 2026 2 nd year MBAgrads(with 2-5years of experience) Location : Miami, FL (Port of Miami office) Format : Hybrid, In Person Monday - Thursday and remote on Friday's Start Date: August 2026 About the Program: The MBA Commercial and Corporate Finance/Strategy Rotational Program is a two‑year program based in Miami, Florida, designed to develop future leaders at Royal Caribbean Group with strong commercial and financial acumen. Participants will rotate across Commercial and Finance/Strategy functions , gaining exposure to the core drivers of the business while working on high‑impact initiatives that influence company performance. Rotations are designed to provide broad enterprise visibility, hands‑on experience, and opportunities to partner closely with senior leaders across the organization. Throughout the program, participants receive structured onboarding, functional training, and ongoing development support aligned to their assignments. The program offers regular exposure to executive leadership, key decision‑makers across the brands, and cross‑functional teams—providingunparalleled insight into how strategic, commercial, and financial decisions are made at Royal Caribbean Group. Graduates of the program are well positioned for accelerated career growth within the organization. Areas of Exposure: While specific assignments may vary based on business needs and project availability, participants can expect experience across the following areas: Commercial Participants may support initiatives focused on driving revenue growth,optimizingdemand, and enhancing the guest experience. Work may include partnering with pricing, marketing, sales, operations, and analytics teams to evaluate performance,identifygrowth opportunities, and inform commercial strategy using data‑driven insights. Corporate Finance & Strategy Participants may contribute to enterprise‑level financial planning, performance analysis, and strategic initiatives. Responsibilities may include supporting senior leadership with financial insights, long‑range planning, performance reporting, and cross‑functional strategic projects that shape the future direction of the company.
