Job Description

Facility Maintenance Associate

Location: Harrisburg
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $17.54/hour

About the Position

We are seeking dependable, hardworking individuals for an entry-level Custodian/Maintenance Assistant position with a well-established local organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in maintaining clean and safe facilities, and enjoys working both indoors and outdoors.

Responsibilities

Clean and maintain buildings, offices, and common areas
Empty trash and replenish restroom supplies
Wash and wax floors
Perform general grounds maintenance, including mowing grass and snow removal
Clean and prepare vacant residential units
Unclog minor sink and toilet blockages
Assist maintenance technicians with larger repair projects
Clean and reassemble appliances such as stoves and refrigerators
Complete basic residential maintenance repairs
Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

Valid Pennsylvania Driver's License required
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Comfortable performing physical work indoors and outdoors
Dependable with a strong work ethic
