Paid holidays, vacation, and other competitive paid time off opportunities!An inclusive working environment where you can build meaningful work relationships with a diverse group of peopleLeaders who are invested in supporting your career growth.Opportunities to be recognized for outstanding contributions to your team through our employee recognition programs.Job Description:Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on aseptic processing and packaging equipment.Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and automation-related issues to restore equipment operation safely and efficiently.Respond to equipment breakdowns and production interruptions to minimize downtime and maintain operational efficiency.Diagnose equipment failures and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.Support the maintenance of automated production systems, including PLC-controlled equipment, VFDs, servo-driven systems, process control equipment, conveyors, cartoners, case packers, and palletizers.Complete work orders, maintenance documentation, and preventive maintenance records accurately and timely.Partner with Production and Reliability teams to identify opportunities for equipment improvements and increased reliability.Assist with equipment installations, upgrades, modifications, and continuous improvement projects.Follow all company policies and procedures, including Safety, Food Safety, GMP, Quality, and Environmental requirements.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.Participate in technical training and cross-functional development opportunities as required.RequiredMinimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience, preferably in a manufacturing, food and beverage, pharmaceutical, or aseptic processing environment; ORAssociate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Mechanical Technology, Mechatronics, or related field with applicable maintenance experience.Demonstrated troubleshooting skills in mechanical and electrical systems.Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and drawings.Strong problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.Ability to work a 12-hour continental shift schedule, including nights, holidays, and every other weekend.Physical RequirementsAbility to stand, walk, bend, climb, and work in industrial manufacturing environments for extended periods.Ability to work in varying temperature conditions and around moving mechanical equipment.Pay Range: $31.98/hr to $47.44Your TreeHouse Foods Career is Just a Click Away!Click on the “Apply” button or go directly to to let us know you’re ready to join our team!At TreeHouse Foods, we embrace diversity and inclusion for innovation and growth.
