National Asset Manager-Los Angeles, Las Vegas, Chicago

Overview Manages local assets and oversees national CT asset teams, develops reports and processes to improve operations. Handles all asset orders and determines if sub-rental is needed. Flows equipment from/to shows and/or warehouses. Responsibilities Works closely with National CT Asset teams to review and develop improved processes and reporting. Works closely with Warehouse Leads and Operations teams to ensure that all substitutions and changes are available if offered up to Sales and/or Project Managers. Writes transfers from other locations and vice-versa approving transfers from other warehouses. Plans ahead and sees where possible flows from site make sense as opposed to sub-renting. Follows up and creates flow sheets to inform Operations and Project Managers. Ensures that flows of gear are properly checked in and checked out in R2 to keep inventory correct. Oversees all Purchase Orders issued by set depot for the purposes of securing sub-rented equipment. Stays on top of the transfer page in R2 ensures that transfers have been properly received to keep accurate inventory for set location. This includes possible transfer cancellations should a job scope change. In conjunction with the Warehouse Manager, coordinates pick-ups and returns of sub-rented assets. In conjunction with Inventory Control, conducts cycle counts and full-scale inventory of assets. Other duties as assigned. Skills and Abilities 3-5 years’ experience in managing assets Must have general knowledge of all aspects of Video, LED, Lighting and Audio. Must have general computer knowledge including, Word, Excel, Outlook, Notepad, R2 Must have an excellent work ethic and be able to self-motivate. Ability to communicate effectively and in a professional manner. Ability to improve systems and processes. Ability to work after hours and weekends.
