This role is ideal for an experienced mortgage professional who enjoys structuring loans, managing borrower relationships, and ensuring files move efficiently from application to closing - without the pressure of originating their own business.The Loan Production Partner will act as the primary operational extension of the Loan Officer, helping borrowers through the pre-approval and loan process while ensuring all files are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting.This role is best suited for someone who thrives in a team-oriented, service-first environment, enjoys solving problems, and takes pride in creating an exceptional borrower experience.
