This role will be instrumental in overseeing plant-level financial operations, delivering accurate reporting and cost analysis, and partnering with operations leadership to drive performance and efficiency. Key Responsibilities Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting processes for the Covington manufacturing facility. Perform month-end close activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analysis. Maintain and validate standard costs for materials, labor, and overhead; analyze cost variances and identify improvement opportunities. Partner with plant and corporate leadership to evaluate production efficiency, develop cost metrics, and support decision-making. Oversee inventory accounting and controls, including cycle counts, physical inventories, and cost-of-goods reporting. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or CMA preferred. Minimum 5+ years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment. Proficiency with SAP and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to work cross‑functionally and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
