This entry-level role assists with recruiting, onboarding, employee records management, benefits administration, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, customer-focused, and interested in building a career in Human Resources.Job Location: Niagara Falls, NY. The site has a lot of natural beauty to offer including the world-famous Niagara Falls which are just a short drive away!What you will be doing:Assist with posting job openings on internal and external job boardsSchedule interviews and coordinate candidate communicationsSupport new hire onboarding, including organization of new hire orientationMaintain personnel and benefit files ensuring all documents are filed in a timely mannerAssist employees with HR computer applicationsSupport benefits enrollment and employee communicationsHelp track employee leave requests and maintain related recordsSupport training coordination and learning initiativesParticipate in HR projects and process improvement efforts as assignedWhat you will bring along:Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred0-2 years of administrative, customer service, office support, or HR experienceStrong organizational and time management skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsAbility to handle sensitive and confidential informationProficiency in Microsoft OfficeFamiliarity with HRIS systems is a plusPay Range: $19-21 per hourVishay offers a comprehensive suite of benefit programs including health care coverage, financial support programs and other resources designed to help you achieve your personal and professional goals.
