Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services to a diverse array of clients, utilizing best practices tailored to individual needs. Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients, ensuring each plan reflects their unique circumstances and goals. Administer therapy through various modalities, including individual, couples, and family therapy, to accommodate the needs of all clients. Facilitate goal-setting sessions with clients, regularly evaluating progress and adjusting treatment approaches as needed to drive positive outcomes. Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation in alignment with regulatory standards, maintaining confidentiality and compliance with all applicable laws. Utilize our integrated client management platform for efficient scheduling, session note documentation, and streamlined appointment reminders. Patient Population / Client Focus You will engage with a diverse client population, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Qualifications A Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required. Must hold a current and unrestricted licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Texas, allowing for independent practice and supervision-free client interactions. Preferred Experience While a minimum of two years of experience in a clinical setting is required, experience working with a diverse clientele and knowledge of multiple therapeutic modalities is highly desirable. Familiarity with the digital tools and platforms used for remote therapy and client management will enhance your effectiveness in this role. Compensation and Benefits The salary range for this full-time position is between $80,000 and $100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
