Custom Air and Plumbing is hiring an experienced Residential Plumber to support residential and light commercial customers in the Sarasota, Florida area. We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused plumber who takes pride in diagnosing problems, making quality repairs, and doing the job right the first time.

What You’ll Do
Diagnose, service, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing systems
Troubleshoot water heaters, fixtures, drains, piping, and related components
Perform routine maintenance, emergency repairs, and system performance checks
Clearly explain issues and repair options to homeowners and business customers
Complete service documentation accurately and on time
Maintain a clean, safe, and professional job site
Represent Custom with professionalism and integrity
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of plumbing service experience (residential and/or light commercial)
Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Applicable plumbing license or certifications (as required by state/local regulations)
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to work in crawlspaces, attics, trenches, and outdoor conditions
Strong communication skills and a customer-service mindset
Dependable, self-motivated, and team-oriented
