Clinical Specialist - North Texas - IHFM

Edwards Lifesciences seeks a Clinical Specialist in North Texas to support the Implantable Heart Failure Management team. The role involves training cardiologists and clinical staff on the Cordella PA Sensor System, conducting field service activities, troubleshooting device issues, and coordinating with internal departments. Candidates require an Associate's degree in nursing or related field plus five years of medical device, catheterization lab, or acute care experience.

Responsibilities

• Support implant procedures within and outside assigned territory
• Conduct on-site training for physicians, heart failure staff, and cath lab personnel
• Perform field service activities and troubleshooting for Cordella PA Sensor System
• Lead site initiation visits and internal meetings to address field issues
• Represent IHFM at conferences and symposiums

Requirements

• Associate's degree or equivalent in nursing or related field
• Five years medical device, cath lab, or acute care clinical experience
• Proficiency with MS Office Suite
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
• Cardiovascular anatomy, pathology, and physiology knowledge
• Medical device regulatory requirements and adverse events reporting understanding
