And we invest in our world-class team, empowering our colleagues to unpack their potential, because we believe when our people grow, so does our business.Job DescriptionResponsibilities:Provide a well-planned production scheduleWork with all departments to identify best methods for performance improvementsMaximize machine efficiencies, maintain budgeted inventory levels to meet requirementsMonitor inventory control to properly cycle molds and printersWork with sub-contractors to utilize outsourcing as neededWork with Customer Service Representatives to ensure all issues are addressedProvide management information regarding capacity and utilization for assigned work centersMaintain and enforce all company safety, environmental and department health requirementsAuthorities:Change production schedule to best meet customer requirements, including priority list and weekend scheduleCreate and delete work orders to meet demandAcknowledge order dates to Customer ServiceSub parts list to best utilize inventory consumptionMaintain master data for assigned planner itemsEnsure Not Scheduled time recorded accuratelyQualifications:2-3 year's experience in materials planning and inventory management preferred or equivalent manufacturing experienceBachelor's degree preferredExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong PC and analytical skillsStrong organizational/time management skillsOur ExpectationsWe expect our people to be guided by The Amcor Way and demonstrate our Values every day to enable the business to win.
