As a Senior Manager of Product Management, you will lead the marketing strategy across multiple key brands, overseeing the VB Spine advanced visualization portfolio, market access, and commercial execution. This role partners closely with Sales, Customer Excellence, Medical Education, R&D, and Operations to deliver strong portfolio performance. You will represent the portfolio globally and play a critical role in developing and executing successful go-to-market strategies.What You'll Do:Product & Portfolio StrategyLead full product lifecycle management, including launch planning, commercialization, multi-generational roadmapping, and end-of-life strategyDefine portfolio strategy, including positioning, pricing, market access, procedure development, and go-to-market executionPartner with R&D, Clinical, and Regulatory teams to align new product development with customer needs and brand strategyEstablish and oversee clinical evidence generation and claims strategy to support product adoption and reimbursementBusiness StrategyDevelop and execute long-range strategic plans and annual marketing plans aligned with business objectives and growth targetsPartner in integrated business planning to align commercial expectations with operational capabilitiesEstablish pricing strategy, including contract pricing, to optimize revenue, margin, and competitive positioningAdvise on commercial models, channel strategy, and sales enablement to support business growthManage marketing budgets and contribute to P&L performance through disciplined investment decisionsIntegrated Business PlanningTranslate commercial strategy into accurate demand forecasts using market trends, sales inputs, inventory data, and product lifecycle insightsCollaborate with Supply Chain and Operations to ensure alignment on capacity, supply continuity, and inventory targetsIdentify and mitigate risks related to supply disruption, excess inventory, and product obsolescenceLead lifecycle transition planning to minimize inventory exposure and optimize product transitionsMarket Intelligence & Business AnalyticsLead market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trendsBuild and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, translating insights into actionable strategyConduct financial and operational analyses to inform business decisions and portfolio performanceEstablish KPIs and evaluate performance through post-launch and ongoing portfolio reviewsSales Enablement & Marketing ExecutionProvide clear strategic direction and technical expertise to the sales organizationDevelop and deliver training and education programs for internal teams, customers, and KOLsLead marketing communications strategy to maximize reach, engagement, and adoptionEvaluate and refine commercial programs to improve effectiveness and impactCross-Functional & People LeadershipLead, coach, and develop a high-performing product management teamBuild strong cross-functional relationships and alignment across the organizationMake high-impact decisions that influence business performance and long-term growthDrive process improvements and remove obstacles to enable team successWhat You Bring:Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred10+ years of professional experience7+ years of experience in medical device, marketing, or sales (capital equipment experience preferred)Strong strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilitiesProven ability to manage multiple priorities and influence without direct authorityAbility to navigate complex organizational structures and drive alignmentProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)Why VB Spine?We believe in growing talent from within. The typical pay range for this position is $160,000 – $180,000 annually, with potential for bonuses and incentives plus benefits.VB Spine reserves the right to offer compensation outside of this listed range.
