Position : QA Lead

Location: Fort Lauderdale, FL (Hybrid) (3 days in a week)

Duration : Long term Project

Job Description:
Owns the end-to-end quality strategy, test management, device coverage matrix, and defect management processes across all mobile release channels.
Key Responsibilities
• Define the master Quality Strategy spanning manual, automated, functional, and non-functional mobile testing.
• Organize and manage test suites, test plans, and traceability within Xray for Jira.
• Oversee execution on BrowserStack across target iOS/Android device and OS matrix.
• Monitor defect lifecycles, test execution metrics, and release readiness dashboards.
• Coordinate cross-device regression suites and validate mobile build stability prior to store submissions.
Qualifications
• QA leadership roles, explicitly driving mobile application testing programs.
• dvanced expertise in test management tools (Xray / Jira) and real-device testing cloud platforms (BrowserStack).
