200 12 Th St Sw Forest Lake, MN 55025-1482 Position Summary Lead and develop high‑performing teams by providing ongoing coaching, training, and feedback to associates in store operations. Drive financial results, customer experience, compliance, and culture aligned with Walmart’s values. What You’ll Do Teach and coach store associates to meet and exceed customer service standards under the One Best Way (OBW) model. Analyze PL statements, manage budgeting, forecasting, and expense controls, and implement action plans to achieve sales and profit goals. Hire, train, mentor, and provide recognition to associates while fostering a culture of belonging and continuous learning. Ensure compliance with company policies, values, and the Open Door policy while implementing related action plans. Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, communicate goals and progress, and promote accountability. Apply data‑driven insights to make decisions that balance short‑term and long‑term priorities and benefit customers, associates, and communities. Lead continuous improvement initiatives, adopt new technologies, and support others through change. Minimum Qualifications 2 years of college education; or

1. year of retail experience and 1 year of supervisory experience; or
2. years of general work experience and 1 year of supervisory experience.

For firearms facilities: successful completion of a firearms‑specific Criminal Background Check (CBC) and Firearms Authorized Training. For ammunition facilities with state requirements: current state‑issued Certificate of Eligibility if applicable. All job‑required trainings and assessments must be attended and successfully completed. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Leadership through Live Better U or Bellevue University. General work experience supervising 5 or more direct reports, including performance management, mentoring, hiring, and firing responsibilities.
