ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I built my career in the hospitality industry, including managing hotels. That experience taught me a lot about leadership, customer service, and creating an environment where people feel welcomed and taken care of.

We love being involved in our community and host events throughout the year that bring people together. Toys for Tots has become an annual Christmas tradition for our agency, along with our “Santa Is Coming to Town” event and other outdoor community activities.

Our agency offers a 401(k), health stipend, licensing reimbursement, coaching and training, and a strong commitment to work-life balance. We also make time to enjoy each other through team lunches, birthday celebrations, dinners, and team-building activities.

Our culture is fun, positive, and full of energy. We genuinely enjoy spending time together, whether it’s grabbing lunch, celebrating birthdays, going to comedy shows, tackling an escape room, or simply having fun around the office. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As an Account Manager for Paul Counts - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
