Reporting to an experienced Director of Rehabilitation, the Licensed Physical Therapist partners closely with friendly nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, case management, and physicians, enjoying mentorship, structured onboarding, clinical ladders, and paid CEUs. Responsibilities for the Licensed Physical Therapist include comprehensive evaluations, evidence-based treatment plans, clear documentation, active participation in interdisciplinary rounds, patient and family education, and opportunities to precept students and lead quality-improvement initiatives within an inclusive, diverse healthcare professional team.
