Your Mission

• Keep production equipment running through preventive care and timely repairs.
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and plumbing problems.
• Perform regular safety and functionality inspections.
• Document all maintenance work with accuracy and clarity.
• Respond to urgent calls quickly and effectively.
• Collaborate with peers to improve uptime and maintenance workflows.
• Follow established safety protocols and regulatory standards.
• Handle other tasks as assigned by your supervisor.

Vicksburg, MS

• Minimum 1 year of documented maintenance experience OR completion of an industrial maintenance training program (experience may be from multiple employers if it totals at least 1 year).
• Rehire eligibility: after 365 days and fewer than 3 prior work terms at this facility.
• Age 18+ and able to present valid Identification.
• Comfortable using basic hand tools.
• Knowledge across welding, hydraulics, basic electricity, power transmission, pneumatics, and plumbing.
• Ability to read and understand assignments.

• Lift up to 50 lbs.
• Climb stairs to 120 ft and ladders up to 60 ft.
• Stand for extended periods.
• Work in hot, cold, and inclement weather conditions.
