Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Clinic-Based

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Full-Time & Part-Time | In-Clinic Services | Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm & Friday 8:00am-4:30pm RBT certification preferred but not required. Willow ABA Services is currently seeking qualified individuals to work under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) and provide clinic-based ABA services for families with children on the autism spectrum. This is a fulfilling position where you can create meaningful change in the lives of children and their families! Willow RBTs help individuals between the ages of 2-21 years with autism meet individual goals that promote independence. Client goals and programs are designed and supervised by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts and RBTs implement the plans directly with each client. RBTs are provided with extensive initial and ongoing training throughout their career with Willow! Responsibilities Direct implementation of BCBA programming using trained ABA skills. Collecting & recording data during sessions, graphing client progress. Receiving direct supervision under a BCBA. Abiding by HIPAA guidelines. Participating in all-staff trainings. Demonstrating client programming for parents. Qualifications and Experience Associate or bachelor's degree graduates (preferred) High School Diploma (required) Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and Non-RBTs (BTs) Flexible full-time or part-time hours (minimum of 20 hours per week) Motivated and enthusiastic personalities Physical expectations potentially include running, squatting, and lifting Benefits Medical/Dental/Vision insurance Paid time off Parental leave 401(k) matching Performance Incentives Health savings account Discounts on Education with partnered Universities Job Type: Full-Time Location: 15520 College Blvd, Lenexa, Kansas 66219 Pay: $18.50-$24.00 per hour A background check will be required for this position.
