We're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Sales BDC Representative to join our team. The Sales BDC Representative is responsible for responding to internet leads, inbound calls, and customer inquiries while scheduling appointments for the sales team. This position plays a key role in driving dealership traffic and maintaining excellent customer relationships.

• Respond promptly to internet leads, phone calls, text messages, and emails.
• Schedule sales appointments for prospective customers.
• Follow up with unsold prospects using CRM tools.
• Confirm upcoming appointments and conduct follow-up after visits.
• Build rapport with customers and identify their vehicle needs.
• Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the CRM system.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly appointment and sales goals.
• Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain knowledge of dealership inventory, promotions, and financing options.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service, call center, or sales experience preferred.
• Automotive dealership or BDC experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor.
• Basic computer proficiency and CRM experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
