Preoperative Pacu Registered Nurse Per Diem Florida Springs Surgery Center is a multi‑specialty ambulatory surgery center conveniently located off of US Highway 19 on the west coast of Florida. Job Summary The RN Pre‑op/PACU provides quality patient care using the nursing process, medical plan of care, and organizational policies. The RN Pre‑op/PACU supports the mission, vision, and values of the organization and reports to the Manager of Peri‑operative Services. Specialties Orthopedic Surgery Minimally Invasive Spine Surgery Sports Medicine Total Joint Replacement Hand and Upper Extremity Neurosurgery Qualifications Registered Nurse with an unrestricted state license. Graduate of an accredited nursing school. 1–3 years of experience in Pre‑op/PACU. Experience in an ambulatory surgical center preferred. Current BLS, ALS, and PALS certifications. Strong knowledge of surgical procedures and patient management. Understanding of aseptic techniques. Ability to adapt quickly to changing patient conditions.
