Previous automotive experience is required for this position. Qualified candidates will have a proven track record of high quality work with a focus on fixed right the first time. We are seeking talented and eager technicians that we can grow. Responsibilities Complete work as assigned, fixed right the first time. Work as a team with the Service Advisers communicating client vehicle needs. Inspect and review customer vehicles and suggest all needed repairs and maintenance. Follow OSHA guidelines for workplace safety. Complete training for certification as assigned by management. Assist other team members with diagnosis and repair as requested. Other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Available to work flexible hours. Self-starter mentality and ambitious spirit preferred. Ready to waste no time on learning new product in’s and out’s, eager to improve. High School diploma or equivalent preferred. Clean driving record and valid driver’s license. Generous compensation and commission plan, estimate $60,000 to $100,000. Medical and dental plans. Life Insurance protection policy.
