Aerie - Stock Associate

Overview You can't buy product if it's not on the floor, right?! As a part-time stock brand Ambassador, you're an expert at moving product from the Stockroom to the Salesfloor through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. You have a passion for AEO Brand Standards, an eye for merchandising, and a keen attention to detail. Even though the Stockroom is your place, you can flex your skills to support your team and guests on the Salesfloor as needed. You represent AEO values and bring your REAL self to work every day. Responsibilities You have a passion for brand standards and keep product moving through shipment processing, replenishment, markdowns and merchandising. The Stockroom is the home base and you keep it running efficiently by ensuring merchandise, visual props, marketing and fixtures stay organized. You are innovative and inform store leadership of merchandising opportunities, make a plan, and take action to correct them. You work with the team to help with non-stock tasks or assist guests as needed. Safety standards are a priority in the Stockroom and on the Salesfloor. You follow Asset Protection standards and adhere to AEO policies and procedures. Youd Be Great For This Role If You love AE and Aerie products. Pay/Benefits Actual starting pay is determined by various factors, including but not limited to relevant experience and location. Subject to eligibility requirements, associates may be eligible to receive paid sick leave and AEO may provide REAL rewards at its discretion.
