SuperintendentPosition Overview We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee our construction projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial construction, healthcare, and residential projects including multi-family, build for rent, and single-family homes. Proficiency in Procore is a must.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and supervise all construction activities on-siteCoordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to ensure smooth operationsMonitor project schedules and budgets, adjusting as necessary to meet deadlinesConduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standardsReport project progress to upper management and stakeholdersResolve any on-site issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction processEnsure all project documentation is maintained accuratelyTrain and mentor junior staff and subcontractors on best practices and safety protocolsQualificationsProven experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction and healthcare projectsStrong knowledge of multi-family, build for rent, and single-family residential constructionProficiency in Procore or similar construction management softwareExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong problem-solving and decision-making abilitiesBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field is preferred
