Construction Office Administrator in Houston

Colony Builders Inc. is a family-owned construction company with over 40 years of experience serving the Houston area. We specialize in patio covers, windows, siding, and home additions. We are looking for a full-time Construction Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations at our Northwest Houston office. This is a high-responsibility role. You will be handling incoming calls, scheduling jobs, assisting with permits, coordinating with sales reps and crews, and helping keep all active projects organized and on track. This position is critical to keeping the business running smoothly. This is not a basic receptionist position. We are looking for someone who is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment without constant supervision. Responsibilities Answer incoming calls and assist customers professionally Schedule appointments and coordinate project timelines Manage permits and required paperwork Communicate with customers, sales reps, crews, and subcontractors Handle invoicing and general administrative tasks Follow up with leads and existing customers Maintain organization across all active jobs Requirements Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and phone skills Detail-oriented and dependable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Takes ownership of responsibilities and follows through (not required): Construction office experience Permit processing experience Schedule & Compensation Full-time, in-office position Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM $60,000–$65,000 per year Performance-based bonus opportunity What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone who is organized, reliable, and able to keep things moving in a busy office environment.
