The Patient Services Representative plays a pivotal role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients, both in person and via telephone. This role encompasses a wide range of tasks, including appointment scheduling, patient check-ins, payment handling, data collection, verifying patient eligibility for insurance and healthcare programs, guiding patients and visitors, and carrying out administrative duties. Central to the Patient Services Representative's role is the establishment of professional and respectful relationships with patients, contributing to their holistic health improvement and enhanced quality of life. The PSR's work environment is fast-paced, requiring a friendly demeanor, a strong dedication to service, adept decision-making abilities, and the capacity to maintain composure in high-pressure situations. Wage Range: $19.83 - $21.36 per hour Schedule: Monday Through Thursday - 8:00am - 7:00pm

This position is represented by a collective bargaining agreement.
