CT Technologist

Pay or shift range: $25 USD to $35 USD. The estimated range is the budgeted amount for this position. Final offers are based on various factors, including skill set, experience, location, qualifications and other job-related reasons. In this role you will : The CT Technologist will provide quality patient care and customer service. They will radiograph each patient with speed, efficiency and compassion following FOI’s basic policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Perform CT scans on patients utilizing existing radiologist devised protocols Provide excellent patient care & customer service to all patients being scanned Ability to work both independently and as a team-player. Must be flexible with schedule Film CT scans for surgery as requested by physicians Perform Weekly ACR mandated quality control on CT scanner Assist with image acquisition for ACR submissions Interact with radiologists when necessary regarding protocols & special applications Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Maintain ARRT License & Florida License by adhering to CEU responsibilities. Complete Daily Totals Sheet. Initial & verify charge tickets are matched to authorization & script. Report Statistics to CT/MRI supervisor. Submit peer review on a monthly basis. Work in Radiology Department when not CT scanning. Travel between facilities for X-ray.
