Willowbrooke at Tanner Health System seeks a Recovery Facilitator to provide skills training and peer support within the Willowbrooke continuum. Under supervision, you will support consumers in living their own recovery and wellness goals, while coordinating with treatment teams and community partners. You will promote self-determination, help with discharge planning, and participate in group sessions.
