Role Description

The Primary Therapist is a full-time, on-site role located in Phoenix, AZ, responsible for providing direct clinical services to clients with substance use and co-occurring mental health disorders. Day-to-day responsibilities include, developing individualized treatment plans, facilitating individual, family, and group therapy sessions. and completing clinical documentation. The Primary Therapist collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care, monitor progress, and update treatment plans based on client needs and clinical outcomes.

Qualifications

• 21 years or older;
• 2+ Years of recovery experience, if self-disclosed in recovery.
• Master’s Degree and Licensed in AZ in a field related to Behavioral Health, this includes: LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LAC, LMFT, LAMFT
• Bachelor’s Degree in a non-related field and at least one year of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, or
• Have an Associate’s Degree and at least two years of full-time Behavioral Health work experience, qualifying as a BHT.
• Experience in behavioral health and / or substance use treatment preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Passion for helping individuals heal and grow
