Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP within the state
• Experience with school-age children, particularly in early elementary grades
• Knowledge and skill in addressing mild-to-moderate speech/language needs
• Comfort with providing therapy in school-based settings; no AT device experience necessary
• Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, staff, and families
• Strong organizational and time management abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct screenings, assessments, and evaluations for students (predominantly K-3, plus three secondary students)
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans focused on articulation and pragmatics
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support students’ IEP goals
• Provide direct intervention across one or two campuses, coordinating schedules efficiently
• Maintain accurate records of sessions, progress, and compliance documentation
• Communicate regularly with caregivers and educators regarding student progress and needs
