Electrical Project Manager – Substation & Utilities
About the Role
We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Project Manager with solid experience in high voltage electrical construction. This role is perfect for someone who can run crews, keep projects on track, and make sure the work is done safely, up to code, and on budget.
What You’ll Do
Manage high voltage (substation, transmission line, utility) construction projects.
Lead and support job site staff.
Read and work from blueprints, drawings, and specs.
Order materials and keep jobs moving on time.
Work closely with general contractors, inspectors, and customers.
Ensure all work meets NEC, local code, and safety requirements.
Walk job sites regularly, solve problems, and keep quality high.
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of high-voltage electrical construction experience.
2+ years running projects as a lead.
Strong knowledge of electrical code and safety practices.
Able to read plans and troubleshoot issues in the field.
Good communicator — comfortable working with crews, customers, and contractors.
Reliable, organized, and able to juggle multiple projects.
SALARY: $100-125K
