Integrated Medical Evaluations (IME) is seeking an organized, professional, and customer-focused Office Administrator to support our growing Utah office. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping operations running smoothly, helping others, and working in a fast-paced environment where no two days are alike.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for office calls and visitors.
• Coordinate Utah in-house exam schedules and related administrative tasks.
• Prepare exam correspondence and office documentation.
• Manage facility-related needs and work directly with building management.
• Coordinate office shredding and administrative vendor services.
• Support internal departments with scheduling and operational requests.
• Assist with office events and special projects.
• Provide backup support for administrative functions across multiple states.

What We're Looking For

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
