We’re looking to hire an industrious worker with a willingness to learn, and a janito r who can maintain the cleanliness and safety of our building. You’ll be responsible for cleaning a controlled cleanroom where medical devices are manufactured, as well as performing general office cleaning duties. Cleaning duties include vacuuming, mopping, emptying trash, disinfecting solid surfaces, restrooms, and lunchroom. Responsibilities
- Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the building
- Monday through Friday, Part-time Evening, 20 - 25 hours per week
- Vacuum, mop floors, empty trash cans daily, and disinfect solid surfaces
- Clean windows
- Secure the building by locking doors once cleaning is complete
- Write reports of areas cleaned and notify the manager of significant repairs
- Educational requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in janitorial services
- Driver’s license or reliable transportation to and from the worksite
- Experience with a variety of cleaning supplies and cleaning equipment
- Excellent stamina and physical health
- Must be a hard worker with high attention to detail and have a strong work ethic
