Operador de maquinaria – Fabricación de aluminio
Ubicación: Halls, TN
Salario: $18 y 19.50 por hora (según experiencia, nivel de habilidad, turno y asignación de producción)
Turnos disponibles: lunes a viernes; 1.er turno (6 a. m. - 6 p. m.) y 3.er turno (6 p. m. - 6 a. m.); turnos de 12 horas (es posible que se requieran horas extra y trabajo los fines de semana).

Resumen del puesto
Los operadores de maquinaria son responsables de ayudar en la operación, el monitoreo y el mantenimiento de diversos equipos de producción utilizados en procesos de extrusión de aluminio, anodizado, fabricación, corte (sierra), embalaje y otros procesos de manufactura relacionados. Usted desempeñará un papel clave para garantizar la calidad de los productos, una producción segura y operaciones de fabricación eficientes.
Responsabilidades típicas
•Operar, monitorear y dar soporte a máquinas de producción, incluyendo prensas de extrusión, líneas de anodizado, equipos de fabricación, máquinas CNC, sierras y prensas punzonadoras.
•Cargar, descargar, mover, preparar y/o inspeccionar piezas de aluminio o productos terminados.
•Seguir instrucciones de trabajo detalladas, programas de producción y normas de seguridad.
•Ayudar en la preparación de máquinas, cambios de configuración, herramientas, matrices, dispositivos de sujeción, bastidores o materiales, según la capacitación recibida.
•Inspeccionar piezas en busca de defectos, dimensiones incorrectas, problemas de acabado o cuestiones de calidad utilizando herramientas de medición básicas.
•Registrar información de producción, desperdicios, tiempo de inactividad y controles de calidad según sea necesario.
•Mantener el área de trabajo limpia y organizada, informando de inmediato sobre cualquier problema con los equipos o la calidad.
•Trabajar en equipo para cumplir con los objetivos de producción y los estándares de calidad.
•Comunicar claramente cualquier problema a los supervisores y a los departamentos de mantenimiento y calidad.
