Payroll Officer

Applied Industrial Technologies is hiring Payroll officers, and as part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking part-time, work-from-home candidates. The position offers a monthly salary of $1,300, in addition to benefits, and requires minimal time commitment. The role involves just 2-3 hours of internet access per week.

Job duties may include:

• Managing an organization's compensation
• Auditing and reconciling bank statements
• Collecting timesheets, calculating wages, withhold correct taxes, and processing timely payments
• Resolving pay discrepancies and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local labor and tax laws
• Ensuring compliance with company policies
• Ensuring all employees' wages are accurately calculated, recorded and disbursed on time
• Paying strict attention to detail, having deep knowledge of tax and labor laws and possess technical proficiency with payroll software and spreadsheets

Requirements:

• Must be computer literate
• Must have 2-3 hours of internet access per week
• Must be efficient and dedicated

Ideal for candidates with significant accounting experience and strong analytical skills.
