Senior Manager, Risk Governance

BMO Financial seeks a Senior Manager, Risk Governance to lead and enhance our enterprise risk governance framework. In this role, you will design and refine risk policies, standards, and committee structures, ensuring strong alignment with regulatory expectations, BMO’s risk appetite, and industry best practices. You will oversee risk reporting and key risk indicators for senior leadership, coordinate cross-bank risk assessments, and support audits and regulatory exams. Collaborating closely with business leaders, you’ll embed consistent risk governance practices, guide responses to emerging risks, and champion a strong, inclusive risk culture.
