Consulting and closing new prospect opportunities, the full-time Insurance Sales Agent - Benefit Lines will manage client relationships, collaborate with teams, and drive revenue growth through the sale of commercial and health/benefits lines insurance products. Key responsibilities Lead daily inquiries by contacting clients and alliance partners to drive new business revenue Qualify prospects' coverage needs and consult on appropriate insurance solutions Maintain a pipeline of approximately 110 open opportunities while meeting production and revenue goals Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a minimum of 3 years in the insurance industry Valid Life, Accident & Health Insurance License Strong expertise in Group Benefits including Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance Ability to make 50-75 outbound calls per day to engage clients Experience with ACA compliance and related documentation is a plus Virtual Vocations Inc
