Welder Entry Level

Compensation $23.90/hr plus $2/hr shift differential. Available shifts: 3rd shift Sunday‑Thursday, 11:00p.m. – 7:00a.m.; Tuesday‑Friday, 8:00p.m. – 6:00a.m. What You’ll Do Perform MIG welding on structural steel components. Read basic blueprints and work instructions. Inspect welds and ensure product quality. Follow safety procedures and report issues. Work closely with team members to meet production goals. Qualifications Strong work ethic and willingness to learn. Basic familiarity with hand tools or power tools. Interest in welding or fabrication work. Ability to follow instructions and work safely. High school diploma or GED preferred. No prior welding experience required – training provided.
