Responsibilities Operate cash registers, handle cash, credit, and check transactions with customers. Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. Process returns and exchanges according to company policies. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area. Assist customers with inquiries and provide a positive shopping experience. Balance cash drawer at the beginning and end of shifts. Skills Proficient in cashier operations and handling transactions. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Ability to handle returns and exchanges professionally. Basic math skills and ability to operate point-of-sale (POS) systems.
